Job summary

Wellspring Nurse Source seeks a travel CT Technologist to cover night shifts in Easley, SC. The assignment runs 13 weeks with 36 hours per week, primarily 12-hour nights from 7 PM to 7:30 AM, with no on-call requirements and occasional floating to X-ray as needed.

CT Technologist

This position is for a CT Technologist responsible for working Saturday and Sunday nights from 7 PM to 7:30 AM. The role involves no on-call requirements and includes floating to X-ray as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT and X-ray imaging for emergency department (ED) and inpatients.
• Transport patients to and from the ED as needed.
• Communicate effectively with off-site radiologists for imaging interpretation and inquiries using Perfect Serve secure paging.

Qualifications

• Required Certifications: ARRT R, ARRT CT, BLS, and South Carolina Radiology License.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field.
• At least one year of EPIC experience is required.
• First-time travelers will be considered based on their experience.

Additional Information

Staffing will typically consist of two technologists covering both X-ray and CT during the shift. Prisma Health prioritizes keeping staff in their home unit; however, agency personnel may be required to float to other units or multiple locations within the region, limited to areas where they have documented competencies.
