Supplemental Health Care, Inc. is seeking a Travel CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Pembroke Pines, FL. The role is 36 hours per week with 12-hour night shifts, offering travel benefits and professional growth in a hospital setting.

Required ARRT Radiography certification, active state license, BLS, and CT imaging experience preferred. ACLS preferred. Compensation is weekly and commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Must have ARRT certification in Radiography; CT certification preferred.
• Active state radiologic technologist license if applicable.
• 1–2 years Radiologic Technologist experience; CT imaging experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology and CT imaging protocols.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to capture diagnostic images.
• Sterilize radiology equipment to ensure patient safety.
• Explain scanning procedures to patients.
• Ensure patient safety and radiation protection.
• Evaluate CT scans for technical quality.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program


• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Radiography (R); ARRT (CT) certification preferred


• Active state radiologic technologist license (if applicable)


• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association; ACLS preferred


• 1–2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist; prior CT imaging experience strongly preferred


• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and CT imaging protocols

CT Tech Contract Details:

• $2,054 - $2,279 per week*


• 13-week contract with possibility to extend


• NOC shifts available


• 36 hrs/wk

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Using computerized tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images


• Sterilizing radiologic equipment to ensure the safety of patients


• Explaining scanning procedures to patients


• Ensure patient safety and comfort, including appropriate radiation protection practices


• Evaluating CT scans to determine whether they are of good technical quality
