Supplemental Health Care is seeking a CT Technologist for a travel assignment in Richmond, Virginia. The role requires ARRT certification and CT imaging experience, with a 13-week contract and 40 hours per week on days or nights.

Ideal candidates hold ARRT CT certification (or pursuing) and a radiologic technology degree, with active licensure where applicable. Compensation is weekly and reflects travel assignment norms, with benefits and growth opportunities available through SHC.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Current ARRT certification in Radiography (R); ARRT (CT) certification preferred.
• Active state radiologic technologist license (if applicable).
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association; ACLS preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist; prior CT imaging experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and CT imaging protocols.

Responsibilities

• Using computerized tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images.
• Sterilizing radiologic equipment to ensure the safety of patients.
• Explaining scanning procedures to patients.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort, including appropriate radiation protection practices.

• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Radiography (R); ARRT (CT) certification preferred

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association; ACLS preferred
• 1–2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist; prior CT imaging experience strongly preferred

CT Tech Contract Details:

• $2,148 - $2,316 per week*
• 13-week contract with possibility to extend
