Supplemental Health Care is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Billings, MT. The role features a 40-hour week, 10-hour night shifts, and a travel employment type with potential extension.

You will perform CT imaging, ensure patient safety, explain procedures, and collaborate with hospital staff to deliver quality diagnostic services. ARRT certification and state license are required or in progress; BLS is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology from an accredited program.
• Current ARRT certification in Radiography (R); CT certification preferred.
• Active state radiologic technologist license (if applicable).
• BLS certification; ACLS preferred.
• 1-2 years radiologic technologist experience; CT imaging preferred.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and CT imaging protocols.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to capture diagnostic images.
• Sterilize radiologic equipment and ensure patient safety.
• Explain scanning procedures to patients clearly.
• Maintain radiation protection and patient comfort during procedures.
• Evaluate CT scans for technical quality.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program
• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Radiography (R); ARRT (CT) certification preferred
• Active state radiologic technologist license (if applicable)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association; ACLS preferred
• 1-2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist; prior CT imaging experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and CT imaging protocols

CT Tech Contract Details

• $2,084 - $2,261 per week*
• 13-week contract with possibility to extend
• NOC shifts available
• 40 hrs/wk

Duties will include, but are not limited to

• Using computerized tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images
• Sterilizing radiologic equipment to ensure the safety of patients
• Explaining scanning procedures to patients
• Ensure patient safety and comfort, including appropriate radiation protection practices
• Evaluating CT scans to determine whether they are of good technical quality
