Supplemental Health Care is seeking a CT Technologist for a travel assignment in Roswell, New Mexico. The role is a 13-week contract offering 40 hours per week with day shifts at a partnering hospital.

Required are an accredited Radiologic Technology program, ARRT certification (CT preferred), state license if applicable, and BLS; ACLS preferred. Travel staffing with full benefits and professional growth opportunities is provided.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program
• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Radiography (R); ARRT (CT) certification preferred
• Active state radiologic technologist license (if applicable)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association; ACLS preferred
• 1–2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist; prior CT imaging experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and CT imaging protocols

CT Tech Contract Details

• $2,012 - $2,179 per week*
• 13-week contract with possibility to extend
• AM shifts available
• 40 hrs/wk

Duties will include, but are not limited to

• Using computerized tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images
• Sterilizing radiologic equipment to ensure the safety of patients
• Explaining scanning procedures to patients
• Ensure patient safety and comfort, including appropriate radiation protection practices
• Evaluating CT scans to determine whether they are of good technical quality
