Qualifications

• Eighteen months prior experience as a CT Tech in a health care setting.

Responsibilities

• Position patients for CT scans and ensure immobilization to optimize image quality.
• Set and monitor CT scanner controls; operate equipment safely.
• Assist radiologist with imaging procedures and contrast administration when applicable.
• Prepare and label CT images for interpretation and documentation.
• Schedule patients and handle some clerical duties related to procedures.
• Ensure safe patient environment and adhere to safety protocols.
