Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The CT Tech will perform CT imaging, patient prep, and contrast administration while ensuring quality and safety.

Required: ARRT CT, BLS, ARRT (R), and state licensing as applicable; 1 year CT experience preferred. Travel schedule includes 40 hours/week and dayshift, with potential assignment of 8-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• 1 year CT experience is required.
• Must have BLS, ARRT (CT) Certification with CT registration.
• State licensing when required for CT work.

Responsibilities

• Confirm patient identification and explain imaging procedures to patients.
• Interpret doctors' instructions and position patients for scans.
• Use CT equipment to capture diagnostic images of internal organs and tissues.
• Administer radiocontrast agents to enhance visibility.
• Evaluate CT scans for technical quality.
• Follow radiation safety procedures at all times.
• Maintain accurate patient records.
• Work with McKesson PACS for image handling.
