Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled CT Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment at a facility in Monongahela, PA. You will operate CT scanners, prepare and position patients, and collaborate with radiologists to obtain high-quality diagnostic images.

The role requires one year of CT experience, a valid Radiology license, and current BLS certification; ARRT certification is preferred. Benefits and comprehensive support are provided by the staffing team.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a CT Technologist.
• Valid Radiology license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current ARRT Certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images for diagnostic purposes.
• Prepare and position patients, explain the imaging process, and ensure safety and image quality.
• Set technical parameters to accurately demonstrate anatomy and pathology.
• Provide high-quality images to Radiologist for interpretation.
• Adhere to radiation safety standards and hospital policies.
• Document patient information and imaging parameters in the hospital system.
• Collaborate with radiologists and physicians to deliver timely diagnostic services.
• Adapt to different CT equipment and protocols across facilities.
