Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a CT Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Woodstock, Virginia. The CT Tech will work 12-hour nights, performing cross-sectional imaging and maintaining patient safety with radiology staff.

You will operate CT equipment, position patients, and ensure high-quality images for interpretation while adhering to all safety protocols and documentation requirements. Travel offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a CT Technologist.
• Valid Radiology license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• ARRT Certification preferred; other certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images for diagnostic purposes.
• Prepare patients and position them for procedures while ensuring safety and image quality.
• Set technical parameters to optimize anatomy and pathology visualization.
• Provide high-quality images to Radiologists for interpretation.
• Follow radiation safety standards and hospital policies.
• Maintain CT equipment and document imaging details in the system.
• Collaborate with radiologists and physicians to deliver timely diagnostic services.
