Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 14-week assignment in Norfolk, Virginia. The CT Tech operates CT scanners, prepares patients, and works with radiologists to obtain high-quality images while following safety protocols.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a CT Technologist.
• Valid Radiology license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Preferred: ARRT Certification; other certifications and licenses may be required.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images for diagnostic purposes.
• Prepare patients and position them with safety and image quality in mind.
• Set technical parameters to clearly demonstrate anatomy and pathology.
• Provide high-quality images to Radiologist for interpretation.
• Adhere to radiation safety standards and hospital policies.
