Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a CT Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Sharon, CT. The CT Tech will operate CT scanners, prepare patients, and work with radiologists to obtain diagnostic images while adhering to radiation safety and quality standards.

The role requires 1 year of CT experience, a valid radiology license, and current BLS certification. Preferred ARRT certification and related licenses may be required.

Competenze

• One year of recent experience as a CT Technologist.
• Valid Radiology license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Mansioni

• Operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images for diagnosis.
• Prepare patients, position them safely and explain procedures.
• Set technical parameters to accurately demonstrate anatomy.
• Provide high-quality images to Radiologist for interpretation.
• Adhere to radiation safety standards and hospital policies.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot CT equipment.
• Document patient information and imaging details in the hospital system.
• Collaborate with radiologists and clinicians to deliver timely services.
• Adapt to different CT equipment and protocols across facilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned within CT Tech scope.
