Supplemental Health Care is seeking a CT Technologist for a travel assignment in Scranton, PA. The contract runs 13 weeks with 40 hours per week, including 8-hour night shifts at a partner hospital. This role offers professional growth and rewarding patient care while supporting travel healthcare professionals.

Candidates should have ARRT credentials, state licensure, BLS, and CT imaging experience; prior CT experience is strongly preferred. SHC provides comprehensive benefits and support.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT certification in Radiography; ARRT CT certification preferred.
• Active state radiologic technologist license (if applicable).
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association; ACLS preferred.
• 1–2 years of Radiologic Technologist experience; CT imaging preferred.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and CT imaging protocols.

Responsibilities

• Using computerized tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images.
• Sterilizing radiologic equipment to ensure patient safety.
• Explaining scanning procedures to patients.
• Ensuring patient safety and comfort with radiation protection practices.
• Evaluating CT scans for technical quality.
