Job summary

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a contract opportunity in Lewiston, Maine. This role supports a partnering hospital and offers 36 hours per week with AM shifts, featuring a competitive CT imaging position.

You will perform CT imaging, ensure patient safety, explain procedures, and maintain high-quality diagnostics while adhering to radiation protection standards. ARRT certification in Radiography (R) and CT experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology.
• ARRT certification in Radiography (R); CT certification preferred.
• Active state radiologic technologist license (if applicable).
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association; ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Using computerized tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images.
• Sterilizing radiologic equipment to ensure patient safety.
• Explaining scanning procedures to patients.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort, including radiation protection practices.
• Evaluating CT scans for technical quality.
