Job summary

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Rockport, Maine. You will work 36 hours per week on a night shift, performing CT imaging in a partnering hospital and delivering quality care to patients.

Qualifications

• Degree from a radiologic technology program is required.
• ARRT certification in Radiography (R); CT certification preferred.
• Active state radiologic technologist license (if applicable).
• BLS certification; ACLS preferred.
• 1–2 years radiologic technologist experience; CT imaging experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology and CT imaging protocols.

Responsibilities

• Using CT equipment to capture diagnostic images.
• Sterilizing radiologic equipment and ensuring patient safety.
• Explaining scanning procedures to patients.
• Ensuring patient safety and comfort, including radiation protection.
• Evaluating CT scans for technical quality.
