TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Carbondale, Illinois. The role requires 1 year of CT experience, ARRT (CT) certification with registration, and BLS, with state licensing as needed.

The CT Tech will perform imaging, contrast administration, and safety procedures in a rotating 8-hour schedule. The position offers travel benefits and a tax-free stipend, with weekly pay and guaranteed hours through TotalMed Allied’s travel staffing network.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of CT experience.
• ARRT (CT) certification with registration.
• BLS certification and state licensing if required.

Responsibilities

• Identify patients, explain procedures and obtain informed consent.
• Position patients and operate CT scanner to image body areas.
• Administer contrast agents and ensure image quality.
• Follow radiation safety protocols and maintain records.
• Use McKesson PACS for image management.
