Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing seeks a skilled CT Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Salisbury, Maryland. The CT Tech will operate CT scanners, prepare patients, follow imaging protocols, and collaborate with radiologists to deliver high-quality diagnostic images.

Requirements include one year of CT experience, valid radiology license, and current BLS certification. Preferred ARRT certification; licensure/CEU reimbursement offered. Competitive pay and benefits accompany this assignment.

Qualifications

• One year of CT experience as a CT Technologist.
• Valid Radiology license in accordance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images for diagnostic purposes.
• Prepare patients for procedures, explain process, and position them safely.
• Set appropriate technical parameters to clearly demonstrate anatomy and pathology.
• Provide high-quality images to Radiologist for interpretation.
• Adhere to radiation safety standards and hospital policies.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot CT equipment for reliability.
• Document patient information and imaging details accurately in the system.
• Collaborate with radiologists and physicians to deliver timely diagnostic services.
• Adapt to different CT equipment and protocols across facilities.
