MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a CT Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Fort Worth, TX. The role requires 18 months of CT experience, ARRT (CT) or ASRT certification, and licensure as applicable. Work is 36 hours per week with 12-hour day shifts.

You will operate CT equipment, assist radiologists, and ensure high-quality imaging while maintaining patient safety and comfort. Travel and housing support are included.

Qualificações

• Eighteen months prior experience in a health care setting as a CT Tech.
• Must be ARRT (CT) or ASRT certified.
• Most states require licensure.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images for diagnosis.
• Position patients for CT scans using immobilization and protective equipment.
• Set controls and monitor equipment; adjust as needed.
• Assist radiologist with imaging procedures and IVs; inject contrast if applicable.
• Dispense oral contrast for CT scans and assist with interventional procedures.
• Evaluate CT scans for technical quality and label images properly.
• Schedule patients and assist with clerical tasks; bill procedures.
• Maintain a safe, patient-focused, and cost-conscious work environment.
