American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a weekend-only assignment requiring ARRT CT certification and BLS.

• Clinic setting performing CT scans for diagnostic purposes
• Weekend shifts only: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
• 3x12 hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Patient population includes infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics

Requirements

• ARRT CT and ARRT R certification required (license required if applicable)
• Current BLS via AHA required
• Fit test required

Additional Information

• Responsible for performing CT scans with and without contrast within established guidelines
• Maintains high standards of patient care during CT scans and assists with patient discharge
• Orders and maintains stock of supplies
• Administers medications and manages pain appropriate to patient age group
• Demonstrates knowledge of safety measures and developmental concepts across the patient lifespan
• Candidates with pending license may be considered
• Prior permanent employees of the facility are not eligible for this travel position
• Maximum of 7 days of requested time off during the assignment
• Accepts local candidates within 60 miles of the facility at a reduced rate
