Job summary

WakeMed Health & Hospitals imaging services seeks a CT Technologist to produce high-quality CT images under physician orders while adhering to radiation safety standards. You will contribute to efficient patient flow and ensure safe, accurate imaging in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires Registered Technologist for Radiography and CT credentials; experience in radiology is preferred. This on-site position supports WakeMed’s commitment to exemplary patient care in North Carolina.

Qualifications

• Registered Technologist for Radiography required; CT certification or CT technologist credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality CT images of designated portions of the body under physician orders and in accordance with radiation safety procedures.
• Delivers patient care in a timely, professional, efficient, and safe manner; reports to Supv, Radiology.

The Imaging Services department has the state-of-the-art computerized tomography equipment and the CAT Scan Technologists provides quality images of designated portions of the body under the direct order of a physician and in accordance with radiation safety procedures. Accomplishes patient care in a timely, professional, efficient, and safe manner. This position reports to the Supv, Radiology.
