The ideal candidate will be a Registered Technologist in Radiography and Computed Tomography (ARRT-R and ARRT-CT), or possess equivalent certifications in other imaging technologies. Strong interpersonal skills are essential for this team-oriented position.

Qualifications

• Registered Technologist in Radiography (ARRT-R) and CT (ARRT-CT) required.
• Alternative certifications include Nuclear Medicine Technology or Sonography.

As a CT Technologist in our Imaging Services department, you’ll be part of a collaborative team using state‑of‑the‑art CT technology to provide high‑quality diagnostic imaging that supports the best possible outcomes for our patients.

What You’ll Do

• Perform high‑quality CT scans of designated body areas as ordered by physicians, following all radiation safety protocols.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout the imaging process, delivering care that is timely, professional, and efficient.
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and fellow technologists to ensure accurate and timely diagnostic results.
• Maintain equipment and work area in accordance with departmental standards.
• Uphold the WakeWay by demonstrating excellence in service, safety, and patient‑centered care.

Licensure

• Required Certifications:
  • Registered Technologist in Radiography (ARRT‑R)
  • AND Registered Technologist in Computed Tomography (ARRT‑CT)
  • OR Registered Technologist in Nuclear Medicine Technology
  • AND Registered Technologist in Sonography
  • OR Registered Technologist in MRI
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to compassionate, patient‑focused care.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
