Job summary

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a CT Technologist for a travel assignment in Westlake, Ohio. This role involves operating CT equipment, ensuring patient safety, and delivering high-quality diagnostic images in a hospital setting.

The candidate should have ARRT radiography certification, CT imaging experience, and BLS; a CT-ARRT credential is preferred. 13-week contract with potential extension and night shifts available.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT certification in Radiography (R); ARRT (CT) certification preferred.
• Active state radiologic technologist license (if applicable).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association; ACLS preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist; prior CT imaging experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and CT imaging protocols.

Responsibilities

• Use computerized tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images.
• Sterilize radiologic equipment to ensure patient safety.
• Explain scanning procedures to patients.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort, including radiation protection practices.
• Evaluate CT scans to determine technical quality.
