Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a CT Technologist for a travel assignment in Tallahassee, FL. The 13-week contract features 40 hours per week with night shifts and a travel-focused placement through our Allied staffing network.

Required are 18 months CT Tech experience and ARR T (CT) or ASRT certification, with licensure typically required by states. Strong independence and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 18+ months experience as CT Tech in a health care setting
• ARRT (CT) or ASRT certification is required
• State licensure is often required by many states
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Position patients for CT scans with proper immobilization and safety
• Set controls and monitor CT equipment and patient
• Assist radiologist with imaging, IVs and contrast administration if needed
• Acquire and label CT images in proper sequence
• Schedule procedures and assist with clerical tasks
• Record charges to patient accounts
• Support a safe, patient-focused environment
