Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled CT Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Elgin, IL. The CT Tech will operate CT scanners, prepare patients, and work with radiologists to obtain high-quality diagnostic images while adhering to safety protocols.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of CT experience, a valid radiology license, and current BLS certification. ARRT certification is preferred. This travel role offers competitive pay and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a CT Technologist.
• Valid Radiology license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Preferred ARRT Certification.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images for diagnostic purposes.
• Prepare patients, explain the imaging process, and position patients safely.
• Set technical parameters to accurately demonstrate anatomy and pathology.
• Provide high-quality images to radiologists for interpretation.
• Adhere to radiation safety standards and hospital policies.
