Job summary

Sanford Health is seeking an Enterprise Central Resource Pool RN to provide individualized nursing care across units using the nursing process from assessment to evaluation.

You will collaborate with physicians and inter-professional teams to plan, implement and evaluate care, ensuring adherence to standards and patient safety across the continuum. Scheduled hours vary, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate from NLN or AACN accredited nursing program.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• A minimum of one year of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation).
• Collaborate with physicians and other inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Demonstrate competency within the full scope of nursing practice and maintain required licensure and department-specific competencies.
