Job summary

Sanford Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Enterprise Central Resource Pool to be assigned to units across the enterprise based on clinical expertise and needs. You will provide individualized nursing care using proven nursing processes and collaborate with physicians to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

The role requires accountability for patient assessment, education, triage, and various nursing interventions, working within state practice acts.

Qualifications

• NLN or AACN-accredited nursing program strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience preferred.
• Unencumbered RN license where practice occurs; multi-state licensure may be required in NLC states.
• Maintains required certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NRP) as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Care for patients across preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up.
• Plan and coordinate care, assess patients, educate, triage, and perform nursing interventions.
• Operate within the Nurse Practice Act and licensure rules in the state of practice.
