Job summary

Interplay Learning, a leader in immersive training, seeks an Instructor (In-Person Trainer) to bridge 3D simulations and hands-on mastery in Crane, Rigging and Industrial Maintenance. This full-time role involves delivering training at multiple client sites, traveling weekly and maintaining high safety standards.

You will onboard with a two-month program, apply to diverse industrial environments, and help learners advance skills using our AI-powered tools and VR simulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in construction/industrial environments.
• 5 years of experience directly conducting or planning lifting activities.
• Leadership or training experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person training at client sites and training centers.
• Prepare programs through self-study and earn sign-offs.
• Work flexible hours to fit training schedules.
• Coordinate with clients and instructors to ensure smooth delivery.
• Collaborate with sales and other instructors for program execution.
