Shift is day, 8 hours, with 13-week assignment and no weekend or on-call duties. The role supports patient motor skills, ADLs training, and caregiver education under the supervising OT.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of OTA experience in a Long Term Care setting.
• TX or compact license required if applicable.
• DOR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow supervising OT plans to improve motor skills.
• Instruct patients on ADLs and use of adaptive equipment.
• Document progress and assist with scheduling and billing.
