Healthforce is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a 13-week travel assignment in Fairmont, West Virginia. The role is in a skilled nursing facility setting with 35 hours per week and a start date of 08/17/2026, spanning 13 weeks.

You will collaborate with a care team to implement treatment plans, track progress, and ensure safe, effective therapy. This travel position includes 24/7 recruiter support and housing assistance.

Qualificações

• COTA certification/licensure in good standing.
• Experience in skilled nursing facility/acute rehab setting preferred.
• Available to start 08/17/2026 for 13 weeks.
• Willingness to travel for a travel assignment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide occupational therapy services under OT supervision.
• Adapt treatment plans and document outcomes.
• Conduct ROM, therapeutic exercises, edema management, ADL training.
• Support mobility, gait training, and safety education for residents.
• Maintain a safe, clean therapy space and comply with policies.
