Supplied Talent is seeking a licensed COTA for an 8-week travel assignment at a skilled nursing facility in Las Animas, CO. The contract is renewable at the facility's discretion, with potential for extension.

You’ll work under the direction of a supervising OT, delivering treatment plans to a geriatric and post-acute population—ADL retraining, functional mobility, adaptive equipment training, and restorative programming.

Formación

• Active Colorado COTA license.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Prior SNF or long-term care experience preferred.
• Ability to commit to the full 8-week term.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver treatment plans under the supervision of an OT for geriatric and post-acute patients, including ADL retraining, mobility work and restorative programming.
