Job summary

Wellpath is hiring a Registered Nurse for a full-time, 100% travel position serving multiple facilities, including the NY Westchester Cty Corr. The RN will provide direct patient care, administer medications, and support diagnostic and surgical procedures under the supervision of Charge Nurses.

Candidates must have a valid RN license and CPR certification, with at least one year of clinical experience and willingness to travel full-time.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• One (1) or more years clinic experience preferred.
• Must be willing and able to travel 100% of the time.

How you make a difference

The RN Travel supports patient care delivery through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation under the supervision of Charge Nurses. This role involves administering medications, assisting in diagnostic tests, documenting care, and supporting surgical procedures as needed. The nurse ensures compliance with safety protocols, medication handling, and clinical documentation standards. They participate in care planning, emergency response, and interdisciplinary communication. The role requires 100% travel to various locations to fulfill staffing needs.

• Current CPR certification
