Job summary

Wellpath / Correct Care Solutions is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for full-time travel assignments across the United States.

The RN Travel supports patient care delivery under supervision, administers medications, performs EKGs, and documents care in SOAP notes. You must travel 100% of the time to meet staffing needs.

Qualifications

  • Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
  • One (1) or more years clinic experience preferred.
  • Must be willing and able to travel 100% of the time.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) within the states of practice, or a valid compact state nurse license.
  • Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver patient care and treatment plans under supervision of Charge Nurse.
  • Administer medications, perform EKGs, and assist with procedures.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in SOAP format and review medical records.
  • Respond to emergencies and ensure safety and infection control protocols.
  • Travel full-time to different healthcare facilities as staffing needs require.

How you make a difference

The RN Travel supports patient care delivery through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation under the supervision of Charge Nurses. This role involves administering medications, assisting in diagnostic tests, documenting care, and supporting surgical procedures as needed. The nurse ensures compliance with safety protocols, medication handling, and clinical documentation standards. They participate in care planning, emergency response, and interdisciplinary communication. The role requires 100% travel to various locations to fulfill staffing needs.

Current CPR certification
