The Hayes Locums Travel Coordinator is responsible for arranging and managing business travel for Hayes Locums employees, consultants, and physicians, including flights, hotels, rental cars, and ground transportation.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and delivers accurate, timely, high-touch service. We’re looking for someone reliable, customer service oriented, with strong communication skills, and who collaborates well within a team environment.
As part of a high-performing operations team, you will manage a large daily volume of travel requests while navigating frequent adjustments and evolving schedules.

This position offers a base pay of $28.00 per hour. Based on a regular schedule of 40 hours per week, this equates to an estimated annualized compensation of $58,240, assuming full-time employment for 52 weeks per year. Because this is a non-exempt hourly role, actual earnings may vary based on hours worked. Compensation will be paid semi-monthly in accordance with the Company's regular payroll practices.
