Job summary

Building Therapy Leaders currently seeks a Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time travel contract with TheraTroopers. The role involves treating patients across short-term rehab, long-term care, and outpatient settings while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and mentoring newer clinicians.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology and are licensed to practice as an SLP.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) with ability to travel
• Experience across short-term rehab, long-term care, and outpatient settings preferred
• Mentorship and collaboration with rehab teams is valued

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in short-term rehab, long-term care, and outpatient settings
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Deliver skilled therapeutic interventions that improve function and independence
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary care teams
• Educate patients and caregivers throughout the rehab journey
• Track patient progress and adapt treatment plans as needed
• Support safe and successful discharge planning
