Job summary

TheraTroopers, Inc. is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time travel contract. You will work with rehab teams across multiple affiliated facilities, evaluating and treating patients to improve communication and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) required in applicable state(s).
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Demonstrated ability to work with diverse patient populations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in short-term rehab, long-term care, and outpatient settings.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Deliver skilled therapeutic interventions to improve function and independence.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary care teams.
• Educate patients and caregivers throughout the rehab journey.
• Track patient progress and adapt treatment plans as needed.
• Support safe and successful discharge planning.
