Job summary

Flagship Therapy seeks a Traveling Physical Therapist for a Full-Time Travel Contract based in Santa Barbara, CA. You’ll join the TheraTroopers network across 17 states, delivering PT services in short-term rehab, long-term care, and outpatient settings.

You will evaluate and treat patients, develop evidence-based plans, and collaborate with care teams to ensure smooth discharge planning and patient progress.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in good standing.
• Open to travel as needed across states.
• Excellent patient-centered care and communication.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in short-term rehab, long-term care, and outpatient settings.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Deliver skilled therapeutic interventions that improve function and independence.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary care teams and educate patients/caregivers.
• Assist with discharge planning and track patient progress.
