Flagship Therapy is seeking a Travel Contract Occupational Therapist to join a nationwide team, serving patients across SNF and post-acute care settings. The role offers travel to affiliated facilities and a full-time schedule with ongoing clinical mentorship.

Ideal candidates are licensed OTs, open to travel, and passionate about patient-centered care and professional growth. This position is onsite in Santa Barbara, CA, with benefits and support for the travel lifestyle.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in good standing.
• Willingness to travel to affiliated facilities across multiple states.
• Strong patient-centered care and collaboration with care teams.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in short-term rehab, long-term care, and outpatient settings.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Deliver skilled therapeutic interventions to improve function and independence.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.
• Educate patients and caregivers throughout the rehab journey.
• Track patient progress and adapt treatment plans as needed.
• Support safe and successful discharge planning.
