Local Travel LTC Registered Nurse – Evenings - Harmony, MN

13-Week Contract | Weekly Pay Up to $2,305 (Based on Experience)

Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM | 8-Hour Mids | No On-Call

Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Long-Term Care Registered Nurse for a local travel contract in Harmony, Minnesota. This is a great opportunity to work with a supportive care team in a patient-centered facility while enjoying the beauty and small-town charm of southeastern Minnesota.

Position Details

• Location: Harmony, MN
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM (8-hour mids)
• On-Call Requirements: None
• Weekend/Holiday: Every other weekend & holiday rotation
• Compensation: Up to $2,305/week based on experience
  
  

Job Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to long-term care residents
• Administer medications and monitor resident response
• Accurately document in electronic health records (Matrix preferred)
• Perform assessments and assist with individualized care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment for residents
• Follow all facility policies and state regulations for LTC care
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Active Minnesota RN License
• Current AHA BLS Certification
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience
• At least 1 year of experience in Long-Term Care
• Ability to administer medications and manage LTC protocols
• COVID-19 vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
