Travel Long-Term Care Registered Nurse – Spring Grove, MN

13-Week Contract | Up to $2,305/Week DOE

Connected Health Care, a trusted recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment at a respected Long-Term Care facility in Spring Grove, Minnesota. This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive environment while making a meaningful impact on the lives of residents in a close-knit community.

Job Description:

• Deliver quality nursing care to residents in a 43-bed Long-Term Care facility
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with care plans and facility protocols
• Assess patient conditions and report changes to physicians and care team
• Provide compassionate and respectful assistance with daily living activities
• Monitor residents for adverse reactions and maintain thorough documentation
• Communicate effectively with families, staff, and other healthcare professionals
• Utilize Matrix charting system (preferred) for all documentation
  
  

Shift Information:

• Hours: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM
• Schedule: 8-hour variable shifts
• Weekend/Holiday Requirements: Every other weekend and holiday
• On Call: Not required
  
  

Education & Certification Requirements:

• Active Minnesota RN License (unrestricted)
• AHA BLS Certification – Required
• COVID-19 vaccination required (exemptions will be considered)
• Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred
  
  

Required Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of RN experience
• At least 1 year of experience in Long-Term Care
• Experience with Matrix EMR preferred
