Job summary

The Swiftest, Inc. is building a world-class content engine for travel insurance comparisons and related financial products.

We are seeking a Travel Content Editor to scale our published content and ensure accuracy, clarity, and high quality. You will manage editorial workflows, coordinate with writers and editors, and ensure content complies with E-E-A-T standards while leveraging AI-assisted publishing tools.

Qualifications

• Strong written communication skills.
• Experience with editorial operations for a digital publisher or similar.
• Familiarity with SEO, LLMs, and search-driven content.

Responsibilities

• Help manage the editorial production calendar.
• Fact-check content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
• Work with writers, editors, freelancers, and subject matter experts.
• Ensure articles are published accurately, on time, and to a high-quality standard.
• Follow editorial workflows, SOPs, QA systems, and publishing processes.
• Assist with large-scale content updates and refresh projects.
• Work closely with SEO, marketing, product, and partnerships teams.
• Maintain editorial consistency, tone, formatting, and compliance standards.
• Use AI-assisted editorial systems and workflows responsibly.
• Ensure content meets E-E-A-T and consumer trust standards.
• Maintain editorial and disclosure standards appropriate for insurance and financial content.
• Experience assisting with editorial operations for a digital publisher, affiliate site, SaaS company, or comparison website.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Eagerness to learn and develop editorial, SEO, and content operations skills.
• An understanding of SEO, LLMs, and search-driven content.
• Experience using CMS platforms such as WordPress.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
