Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Advertising, or related field.
• 3-5 years of professional copywriting, content writing, content marketing, or editorial experience.
• Strong writing portfolio with examples of digital, editorial, marketing, or brand content.
• Ability to write across channels (web, blog, email, paid media, social, campaigns).
• Comfort using AI tools as part of the creative process.
• Ability to turn briefs and strategic direction into polished copy.
• Strong editing skills and attention to detail.
• Collaborative mindset with cross-functional partners.
• Curiosity about travel, culture, storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Write blogs, articles, destination guides, and website content that inspire travel planning and support business goals.
• Develop copy for social media, paid media, email, destination landing pages, and other digital touchpoints.
• Translate marketing strategies, campaign objectives, audience insights, and product positioning into engaging content that supports both brand and business goals.
• Adapt copy by channel, objective, and funnel stage while maintaining a consistent Collette voice.
• Contribute to print, itinerary, brochure, promotional, or campaign copy as needed, while maintaining a primary focus on digital and editorial content.
• Where applicable, use AI tools to support ideation, drafting, versioning, repurposing, and editing while applying strong human judgment to accuracy, tone, and originality.
• Stay curious about emerging AI capabilities and contribute to practical use cases that improve the creative process.
• Partner with creative, digital marketing, product marketing, SEO, UX, social, and email teams to deliver content that supports shared goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to incorporate feedback, ask thoughtful questions, and revise copy with clarity and efficiency.
• Manage multiple assignments with care, organization, and attention to deadlines.
