AAA Auto Club Enterprises is hiring Travel Consultants in Costa Mesa, CA. You will sell international and domestic travel packages, share insights from personal travel experiences, and develop lasting relationships with AAA members to drive referrals and repeat business.

You will tailor recommendations to exceed member expectations and cross-sell related products. The role emphasizes sales-driven performance, training, and career growth within a leading travel network.

Qualifications

• Travel is your passion and you’re motivated by meeting goals.
• Available to work most Saturdays and some evenings.
• Completion of Travel Consultant Trainee program, which may require travel for training.
• Driven by sales and exceeding goals.
• Computer savvy and able to navigate multiple systems and MS Office.
• Organized and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Sell international and domestic travel packages including cruises, land packages, itineraries, air, car, and hotel.
• Share knowledge from personal experiences and education trips.
• Develop long-standing relationships with members and build referral business.
• Make recommendations tailored to the member’s expectations to enhance the trip experience.
• Cross-sell relevant products such as AAA Member Rewards Credit Card and identity theft referrals.
