arrivia seeks a Travel Concierge to support our Travel Advisors and ensure seamless vacation experiences from booking through departure. This on-site role in Tucson combines administrative support, client coordination, and quality control for cruises and travel experiences.

You will coordinate with cruise lines, operators, hotels, and other suppliers, manage itineraries, and review documents for accuracy, while developing strong client relationships and contributing to a stable team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, administrative support, or travel industry preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple details.

Responsibilities

• Support Travel Advisors with active client bookings and vacation arrangements.
• Create, update, and maintain detailed client itineraries and travel documentation.
• Review reservations, confirmations, and travel documents for total accuracy.
• Coordinate directly with cruise lines, tour operators, hotels, and other travel suppliers.
• Monitor booking deadlines, final payments, and outstanding reservation requirements.
• Perform quality control reviews before releasing travel documents to clients.
• Maintain accurate records within company CRM and reservation systems.
