Job summary

Condé Nast Traveler seeks an Associate Commerce Editor to support affiliate-driven editorial content across booking and retail categories. You’ll edit syndications from CNT’s international editions and analyze reader purchasing data to meet growth goals, working with a team of editors, writers, and freelancers.

The role focuses on travel products, hotels, rentals, and related goods, with collaboration across CNT’s commerce team and international markets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-time editing in digital media, preferably travel.
• Experience with service journalism.
• Collaborates closely with editorial, advertising, engineering, video and design teams.
• Familiarity with affiliate link programs.

Responsibilities

• Edit and optimize hotel roundups, reviews, rental roundups and shopping guides.
• Assist with assigning and editing sponsored content.
• Coordinate with SEO managers to optimize content for search.
• Work with CNT’s international markets to align timing of coverage.
• Collaborate with CNT’s commerce team to ensure editorial excellence across platforms.
• Coordinate with audience development on content distribution and growth opportunities based on data trends.
• Take on additional duties as needed by the manager.
