Job summary

Condé Nast Traveler is seeking an Associate Commerce Editor in New York, NY to support affiliate-driven editorial content across booking and retail categories. You’ll edit syndications for CNT’s international editions, analyze reader purchasing data, and pitch retail/story ideas while collaborating with a diverse team.

2–3 years of full-time editing experience is preferred, with strong knowledge of the e-commerce landscape and ability to work across travel goods, hotels, and rentals.

Qualifications

3+ years experience editing in a digital media environment.
Experience with service journalism; travel knowledge a plus.
Strong collaboration with editorial, advertising, engineering, video, and design teams.
Familiarity with affiliate link programs preferred.
Comfortable analyzing data and trends.
Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Edit and optimize hotel, rental, and shopping content syndications.
Assist with assigning and editing sponsored editorial content.
Coordinate with SEO managers to ensure content is optimized for search.
Align coverage timing with CNT’s international markets.
Collaborate across CNT’s commerce team to maintain voice and service.
