Job summary

ConnectedHealth is seeking a Travel CNA for a 13-week assignment in Moline, IL. The role focuses on direct patient care in long-term or rehabilitation settings.

Qualifications

• Must hold Illinois CNA certification.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• Minimum of 1 year CNA experience in long-term care or rehabilitation settings.
• Ability to work 2p-10p or 10p-6a shifts.
• Willing to work every other weekend, including specified dates.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, feeding).
• Monitor and document patient conditions in EMR systems.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure quality care.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
• Support patient mobility and safety during transfers and ambulation.
