Allure of Moline in East Moline, Illinois is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our care team. You will provide resident care and support in activities of daily living, ensuring health, welfare and safety of residents.

The role emphasizes hands-on patient assistance, accurate documentation, and teamwork with nursing staff. A current Illinois CNA certification and CPR are required, with 18+ years age and a willingness to uphold HIPAA standards.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in Illinois and compliant with state law.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Long term care experience preferred.
• CPR certification is required.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• HIPAA privacy standards must be maintained.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meals and feeding; provide water and nourishment between meals.
• Assist with personal hygiene and grooming (bedpans, baths, showers, etc.).
• Assist with ambulating, turning, and positioning residents.
• Monitor vital signs and weight; record intake and output.
• Provide resident comfort; respond to call lights and requests; report observations.
• Document actions by completing forms, logs, and records.
• Protect privacy and confidentiality; comply with HIPAA and related laws.
• Adhere to professional standards and facility policies, including applicable JCAHO standards.
• Pursue ongoing education and licensure maintenance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
