Benedictine Living is seeking a CNA-NAR (Float) to provide direct resident care across multiple facilities in the upper Midwest. You will report condition changes to the RN or LPN and document in the POC system.

The role requires travel within a designated Benedictine region as needed, with strong emphasis on dignity, respect and resident choices. Join our team of associates dedicated to Hospitality, Stewardship, Respect and Justice.

Qualifications

• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• The CNA-NAR (Float) provides direct resident care and report condition changes to RN or LPN while also charting in POC system.
• The CNA-NAR (Float) demonstrates time management and prioritization of tasks.
• The CNA-NAR (Float) is required to travel and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed.
