Job summary

Sanford Health is seeking a Nursing Assistant (NA) to deliver resident-centered care in long-term care settings. Under RN supervision, you will assist with daily living activities, monitor vitals, and support the care plan while ensuring infection control and safety.

Required CNA certification, minimum 18 years old, and 3 months LT care experience (6 months preferred). Travel within a 75-mile radius, with at least 30 hours per month and some weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required; or enrolled and within four months of training completion.
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Minimum 18 years of age to be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance.
• Record vital signs and assist with transferring, repositioning and walking.
• Assist with meals, hydration, and activities; maintain cleanliness and order in living areas.
• Communicate changes in resident condition to the supervising RN.
• Support infection prevention and safety policies and PPE use.
