Job summary

Sanford Health is hiring a Nursing Assistant to provide resident-centered care in long-term care facilities across a 75-mile radius. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and support the care team under an RN supervision.

Requires CNA certification, 18+ years old, and 3–6 months LTC experience. Expect varied shifts with regional travel and adherence to infection control policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• 3 months experience in Long Term Care required (6 months preferred).
• Required CNA certification with state board or in process of obtaining certification.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to RN.
• Assist with transfers, positioning and range-of-motion exercises.
• Provide meals, hydration, and document resident interactions and outcomes.
• Follow infection prevention policies and use PPE as required.
