Qualifications

• One year experience as a nursing assistant preferred.
• Certification as CNA per client/state requirements.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and knowledge of clerical functions.
• Current CPR if applicable; TB questionnaire or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate; meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care under the supervision of a RN or LPN/LVN or other licensed medical professional.
• Performs a variety of individualized patient care activities and related non-professional services.
